Obituary of Barbara Ann Audietis

Barbara Ann (Celone) Audietis, 80, of Prospect, surrounded by family passed away at home on Wednesday, September 26, 2018. She was the wife of the late Stanley Audietis.

She was born in Waterbury on July 19, 1938 daughter of the late Anthony and Mary (Perugini) Celone. She was a devoted wife, loving mother, sister, grandmother and friend to many.

Barbara is survived by her daughters Deborah Skrip of Prospect and Lisa Langlais and husband Rich of Naugatuck, grandchildren Bobby Skrip and Joey Skrip and wife Liane, a brother Donald Celone and wife Rose of Waterbury, along with several nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by a son Gary Audietis.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 am on Monday, October 1, 2018 at St. Anthony Church, 4 Union City Road, Prospect. Burial will follow at Prospect Cemetery. In honor of Barabara’s wishes, there are no calling hours. Prospect Memorial Funeral Home, 72 Waterbury Road, Prospect is assisting the family with arrangements.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made in her memory to St. Anthony Church, 4 Union City Road, Prospect or a charity of ones choice.
