Obituary of Shefiko Dvorani

Shefiko Dvorani, 82, of Waterbury, surrounded by her family passed away on Tuesday, November 6, 2018 at home. She was the wife of the late Ali Dvorani.

She was born on March 10, 1936 in Korce, Albania daughter of the late Selman and Atixhe (Terolli) Ravolli.

Shefiko is survived by a son Gezim Dvorani and wife Almida of Waterbury, three daughters Monda Dvorani and husband Muamet Demkollari of Detroit, MI, Dashmira Mertokalo and husband Servet of Albania and Valentina Kutushi and husband Theofani of Greece. She also leaves two grandsons Gentian Dvorani and Juxhin Dvorani of Waterbury and five more grandchildren, six great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews in other countries.

The funeral will be at 11 am on Friday, November 9, 2018 at the Prospect Memorial Funeral Home, 72 Waterbury Road, Prospect. Burial will follow at New Pine Grove Cemetery, Meriden Road, Waterbury. Calling hours will be from 5-7 pm on Thursday at the funeral home.
