Obituary of Licia Ann Jamele

Beloved Daughter, Mother, Sister and Grandmother

Licia Ann (Cipriano) Jamele, 56, of New Britain, formerly of Prospect, passed away peacefully in her sleep on February 17, 2019.

She was born on April 2, 1962 in Waterbury, daughter of Richard and Cynthia (Pelkey) Cipriano, Sr. of Prospect.

Besides her parents, Licia is survived by her children Stephanie Hlavati of New Britain and Nicholas Jamele and fiancé Kristie of FL, three grandchildren Natalie, Ava, and Jake, a brother Richard Cipriano, Jr. and girlfriend Danee of FL, two sisters  Lara Panasci of Prospect and Pamela Mourges of Torrington along with several nieces and nephews. She also leaves her former husband Andrew Jamele, Jr.

She was predeceased by her sister Sandra Calca.

A Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 pm on Saturday, February 23, 2019 at Living Faith Church, 69 Prospect Rd, Waterbury. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. Prospect Memorial Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
