Obituary of Alden Fuller Peck

Alden Fuller Peck, 87, of Prospect, surrounded by his family passed away at home on Friday, March 8, 2019. He was the loving husband of the late Jeannette M. (Marquis) Peck for over 60 years.

He was born in Litchfield on October 28, 1931 son of the late Donald K. and Alta (Fuller) Peck. After high school, Alden served in the Army as a Medic during the Korean War receiving several citations including the Bronze Star. After being discharged from the Army, he graduated from UCONN with a degree in accounting and also got his CPA. He was very supportive of his alumni especially the UCONN Women’s Basketball. He loved to travel the world with his loving wife.

Alden is survived by three daughters: Karen Tessier and her husband Gregory of Waterbury, Elaine Archambeault and her husband Wesley of Prospect, and Susan Norcia and her husband Mark of Austin, TX, three sons: Allen Peck and his wife Lidia Agraz of Austin, TX, Derick Peck and his companion Sandy Belinski of Greenwood, SC, and Neil Peck and his wife Linda of Wolcott, two brothers Donald B. Peck of Geneva, IL and Douglas Peck and wife Cecile of Newburyport, MA, 14 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, and another great grandchild on the way. He also leaves many cousins, along with numerous nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by a grandchild Sean Peck.

All services are private and at the convenience of the family. The Prospect Memorial Funeral Home, 72 Waterbury Road, Prospect is assisting the family with arrangements.
