Obituary of Shira Le Stallings
In Loving Memory of Shira Le Stallings
(June 5, 1992 - October 13, 2020)
Shira Le Stallings of Waterbury who was born and raised in Waterbury, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, October 13, 2020 at Waterbury Hospital.
She was born on June 5, 1992 and leaves behind her mother Francine (Powell) Hardy of Torrington and her father Larry Stallings, Sr. of Waterbury.
Shira aka “Leelee”, graduated from JF Kennedy High School, Class of 2012. She was disabled but that didn’t stop her from seeing the beauty in the world. Shira loved beaches and always looked up to the stars at night, which gave her peace. She loved to dance, listen to music and to make jokes to make people laugh. She always enjoyed looking good, switching up her hairstyles and getting her nails done. Shira’s life goal was to get to a good state in life and to get her son back in her care. She was a good spirit, her heart was too big, bigger than others. Shira will be missed by all who truly loved and cared for her.
Along with her parents, Shira leaves behind her son Lonzo Lee Stallings, six brothers; Michael Brawley, Terrance Stallings, Randy Stallings, Darius Powell, John Hardy Jr. and Denzel Hardy, two sisters; Kadegia Hairston and Dominique Hardy, along with her stepfather; John Hardy Sr.
She was predeceased by her brother Larry Stallings Jr. and her grandparents Cornelius and Lucille Gray.
All services are private and at the convenience of the family. Shira will be laid to rest in New Pine Grove Cemetery near her brother Larry.
