Obituary of Albert "Jim Bootie" Minnifield, III

Mr. Albert “Jim Bootie” Minnifield, III, age 46 of Waterbury passed away on Wednesday, March 28, 2018 at St. Mary’s Hospital Surrounded by his loving family.

Albert was born September 19, 1971 in Waterbury a son to the late Albert Minnifield Jr. and Frances (Goodman) Minnifield.  At the time of his passing he was employed at Home Town Buffet. 

Albert was a member of the Community Tabernacle Church, he enjoyed fishing, music, cooking, sports and playing Chess. He loved reading his Bible.

Albert is survived by a daughter Chantel Hofler, his lifelong companion Ametrues Hofler, two sisters; Pam Roscoe, Michelle Ferguson, three brothers; Andre Roscoe, Sr, Jerome Minnifield, Sr and  Jason Minnifield, Sr., grandson Carmello Miller, seven aunts, two uncles, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

He was predeceased by his sister Melissa Minnifield.

The Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, April 7, 2018 at 11:00 AM at Prospect Memorial Funeral Home, 72 Waterbury Road, Prospect. Burial will be at the convenience of the family.  James R. Sanders, Funeral Director is handling the arrangements.
