Obituary of Angel L. Castillo

Angel L. Castillo, 24, of Waterbury, passed away unexpectedly on July 27, 2018.

He was born in Waterbury son of Carlos Castillo and Iris Serrano both of Waterbury. Angel was a 2015 graduate of Kennedy High School. Music was one of his greatest passions. He also enjoyed swimming and playing basketball. He was an avid WWE fan. His greatest love was for his family, especially his mother and his nieces and nephews. He will surely be missed especially his charismatic smile and his willingness to give a helping hand.

Besides his parents, Angel is survived by his siblings Carlos Castillo and wife Camila Soto of Charlotte, NC; Dashira Castillo and fiancé Edwin Negron of Waterbury; Christian Castillo and wife Haley Vanduzer of Thomaston; Yamina Castillo and fiancé Javier Diaz; Joan Castillo and fiancé Aaliyah Cuevas; and Rossmery Castillo and fiancé Sigfredo Grajales all of Waterbury. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

A calling hour will be from 4-5 pm on Sunday August 5, 2018. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. Prospect Memorial Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
