Obituary of Carl E. Aubertin, Sr.

Carl E. Aubertin, Sr., 72, of Waterbury, surrounded by family passed away on November 11, 2018 at home. He was the loving husband of Joyce (Bouffard) Aubertin for over 53 years.

He was born on April 20, 1946 in Waterbury son of the late Raymond Aubertin and Shirley (Rogers) Richards. Prior to his retirement, Carl worked as a truck driver. In his spare time he loved to watch NASCAR and his favorite driver was Dale Earnhardt, Jr.

Besides his wife, Carl is survived by three sons Ronald Aubertin and Mary Accosta of Waterbury, Carl Aubertin, Jr. and Theresa Aubertin of Waterbury, and William Aubertin and wife Jennifer of Southington, six grandchildren Curtis, Stephanie, Matthew, Johnathon, Madelyn, and Olivia, two sisters Patricia Lawson and husband John and Barbara Peck and husband Michael all of VA and a brother Kenneth Aubertin and wife Donna Mancini of Prospect, along with several nieces and nephews.

The Funeral will be held at 10 am on Saturday, November 17, 2018 at the Prospect Memorial Funeral Home, 72 Waterbury Road, Prospect. Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery. Calling hours are from 4-8 pm on Friday at the funeral home.
