Obituary of Patricia Ann Dyer

Patricia Ann Dyer, 82, of Prospect formerly of Waterbury, surrounded by her family passed away on December 29, 2018 at the Cheshire House, Waterbury. She was the lifelong companion of the late Harold Lloyd Quick.

She was born on July 4, 1936 in Waterbury, only child of the late Charles and Margaret (Rivard) Capodonna. She was an active member of the Prospect Senior Center. Patricia loved to go to Bingo and attend weekly bible study. She had a very close attachment to her cell phone which had to be charged at all times. She even passed with her cell phone in her hand.

Patricia is survived by her children William “Billy” Quick of Brookfield, Patricia “Tricia” Dyer of Prospect, Michael Dyer and fiancé Monica Figueroa of Waterbury, and Carol Nahlinger of Prospect, a son in law John Gray of Waterbury, five grandchildren Jonathan “JDG”, Cynthia, Veronica, Jamie, and Charles, and three great-grandchildren.

The Funeral will be at 7 PM on Wednesday, January 2, 2019 at House of Prayer Church, 1245 Thomaston Ave., Waterbury. Burial is at the convenience of the family. Calling hours will be from 4:30-6:30 pm on Wednesday, January 2, 2019 at the Prospect Memorial Funeral Home, 72 Waterbury Rd., Prospect.
