Obituary of Jonah G. Guzman

Waterbury – Jonah Gregory Guzman “JoJo”, 17 of Waterbury, CT died unexpectedly April 9, 2019.

Jonah was born October 9, 2001 in Waterbury a son of Maria (Guzman) and Anthony Hulse. 

He attended Wilby High School where he was a member of the Football team during his freshman, sophomore and junior years.  Jonah loved spending time with his friends, playing NBA2K and Fortnite, listening to music, and playing basketball at our local parks.  Jonah loved chicken and Oreo’s.

Jonah is survived by his parents Maria and Anthony, brothers; Anthony and Jordan, sisters; Cira, Bathsheba and Joleeza, his grandparents; Luz Guzman, Antonio Zayas and Debra Hulse, aunts; Nancy Fernandez, Rosa Maldonado, Debbie Hulse, Anna Hulse, Julie Hulse and Vanessa Hulse, uncles; Carlos Fernandez, Edward Hulse, Deshaun Hulse and Byatt Bussey, cousins; Chris Acty, Anthony Fernandez, Alexis Lamonaco, Krysteena Rodriguez, Edward Hulse, Anthony Hulse, Karlie Rose and Daion Bussey.

A Funeral Service will be held Sunday April 14, 2019 at 4 pm at the Prospect Memorial Funeral Home, 72 Waterbury Road, Prospect. Burial is at the convenience of the family.  Calling hours will be held at the funeral home on Sunday 2 pm until the time of the service.
