Obituary of Karen Ruth Semrow

Karen Ruth Semrow, 68, of Prospect and Stamford, passed away on January 24, 2020 at St. Mary’s Hospital. She was born on February 27, 1951, in Waterbury, daughter of the late Avald John and Ruth Estelle (Dalquist) Semrow. Karen was a very loving and caring woman and truly shined; she cared for and loved her bother Fred her entire life but most especially during the past seven years. She is survived by a brother Frederick John Semrow of Prospect, aunts Lois Megin of Southington, Anna Luschenat of Prospect and Ruth Glick of Naugatuck, along with several cousins. All services are private. There are no calling hours. She will be buried at Prospect Cemetery with her parents. Prospect Memorial Funeral Home, 72 Waterbury Road Prospect is in charge of arrangements.
